This artists’ collective based in Great Britain puts together interactive projects that applies the latest technologies, offering different perspectives on the city as a space for communication.

(see below...)

Blast Theory, TRUCOLD, 2002

We will be presenting as an installation the archives of the performance «Can You See Me Now ?» (2001), which pitted online players against people moving about in the real, physical city. The online participants are tracked down via portable computers and GPS. A virtual city is superimposed on the real one and the players must share the same space. «Uncle Roy All Around You» is a slightly more recent project (2003) that aims on the other hand to create associations between real and virtual players in order to resolve various mysteries and discover the office of Uncle Roy, or how spy films become interactive.
